Skins Series Four auditions [Update]

Hey Skins fans,

Since Skins series three ended we’ve been receiving hundreds of emails every day about auditions for series four.

We’ve now got an update on the auditions from Jamie Brittain (Skins co-creator):

At the moment, we are not holding public auditions for parts in Skins. If and when we do, an announcement will be made on www.e4.com/skins. Beyond that, there will be plenty of chances to be involved in the show, so stay tuned. As soon as we know something, you’ll know as well.

So please please please stop emailing us =)

Yeah, I thought they wouldn’t be holding open auditions – only if they needed some new amazing characters but since most of them are pretty new from series 3 they’re not going to recast the whole thing again.

Please just hear me out !

Look all my life I really loved acting, and then skins came along, I think skins is amazing, its soo normal and fun!
I am predicted an A* for drama in school and many have told me I’ve gotta get on skins as it soo me !
Well I would freaking die for even an audition for skins, I can really see myself as a new cook type character ! I

I no you get people saying this everyday but please, I won’t let you down, I love acting and would love to be in skins !
